About the Role:
As a Store Associate, you’ll work two days a week, with the option of full-day or half-day shifts. Your responsibilities will include:
- Receiving and processing packages for shipment.
- Sorting incoming mail and packages for our virtual mailbox clients.
- Assisting customers with drop-offs, printing, scanning, and other services.
- Answering phone calls and providing excellent customer service.
- Performing administrative tasks on the computer as assigned by the store manager.
What We’re Looking For:
- Excellent customer service skills—you’ll be the friendly face of Beavership Cambridge!
- Ability to lift and handle packages up to 23kg when needed.
- Comfortable working with computers and office equipment.
- A reliable and detail-oriented team player.
